This commercial tells a great story…

10 February 2010, Wednesday

This is one of the best commercials I’ve ever seen in my life. No actors, no narration, no fireworks and special effects.

Why it is so good? it is simple and it tells a great love story…
To tell you the truth, I get goose bumps each time I watch it!

Publix - the highest-ranking supermarket for customer satisfaction!

08 February 2010, Monday

PublixWow - I love to shop at Publix, but I had no idea that it was selected so many times as the highest-ranking supermarket in the country for customer satisfaction!

Fourteen times if I am not mistaken - in consecutive years!

The ranking is determined through customer interviews measuring factors such as customer expectations, perceived quality, perceived value, customer complaints and customer retention.

Another great reason to call Sarasota home :)

I can do so much more for customers!

07 February 2010, Sunday

Dog friendly Ritz in Sarasota Ritz Carlton in Sarasota is a dog friendly place and that’s enough for me to love it. Because my Coco is my best friend and I really like to go out with her whenever it is possible.

The Ritz Carlton’s Members Spa Club treats canine visitors as VIP’s (very important pets).

They employ even several specialists in pet massage. Darlene Davison, director of spa services, has created a line of innovative “head to paw” pet massages, a pilot program that may catch on throughout the chain.

Now THAT is a pet service committment!
(No, I didn’t try it - YET ;)

But a while ago we went to The Ritz for brunch. Impressive, of course. Food was superb quality, champagne delicious, service impeccable, surrounding beautiful, chairs more than comfortable. How could I be NOT impressed?

But I was impressed even more after having a conversation with our waiter. I asked him how does it feel to work for The Ritz? What’s different compared with his previous job.

He answered without hesitation: “I love to work here because I can do so much more for customers. This is the biggest difference, and pleasure.”

Precious advice about video-blogging

03 February 2010, Wednesday

I love Gary Vaynerchuk, owner of the wildly popular video-blog WineLibrary.com - and it was a true pleasure to meet him during podcasting conference in Las Vegas.

He was born in Belorus and I was born in Poland, and the two are neighboring countries in eastern block, so we felt instantly like comrads.

Listen to my brief interview with Gary - his advice about video blogging, being on camera and generally about connecting with people is priceless.

What makes postcard marketing work?

what makes postcard marketing workFinally I found some time to go through my hard drive. I don’t advocate usually multitasking, but this is a great way to do something useful while listening to some of my own old teleclass recordings.

Some of them are from 1999 - yes, I recorded teleclasses way before it became fashionable :)

So, this excursion into my hard drive feels like cleaning some old fashioned attic where you discover many forgotten sentimental treasures. Among others I stumbled upon a whole bunch of transcripts of unpublished I-MasterMind chats.

My Monday chats were very popular ten years ago or so. I was inviting some of the most popular Internet marketers and they were not only appearing, but they very generously presented often quite awesome content.

Some of those chats I published later in my ebook I-MasterMind (when you sign up for my updated, you get it free as a welcome gift -on the right side you will find subscription form)

Anyway, here is one of those chat transcripts I discovered recently…
